HOSTEL
Royal College of Arts, Science & Management’s hostel facilities are designed to give the feeling of a second home to students. It’s a place where students learn to live independently and socially at the same time. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls with round the clock security are available at walkable distance from the college. Well trained and experienced wardens are stationed in the hostel to oversee the activities. A combination of Veg & Non-veg cuisine is served with utmost care to ensure that the food is cooked and served separately and hygienically. North Indian & South Indian menu is prepared and served on alternate days to cater to students from diverse backgrounds. Well appointed rooms for single/double/triple occupancy with attached/common bath rooms.

- Consumption of alcoholic beverages, drugs, smoking of cigarettes etc., in the hostel premises is strictly banned. If found indulging in such activities, students will be expelled from the hostel.
FOOD COURT AND CANTEEN
At Royal mess, we pride ourselves in preparing the most hygienic food for all our students. The Food Menu will change every two months based on the feedback from the food committee. Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner is provided by the mess comprising of both North and South Indian food items. The Mess Committee made up of student representatives from different parts of the country decides the mess menu.
Royal College of Arts, Science & Management has a food court providing ample choice to students. The two full fledged canteens provide hygienic and sumptuous meals both in north Indian and south Indian styles. Quick snacks and fresh fruit juice counters are also available in Royal Bites.
SURVEILLANCE ENABLED CAMPUS
In today’s digitized society which could be vulnerable, it is extremely important to spruce up the surveillance 24 x 7. Royal College of Arts, Science & Management is equipped with high definition Closed Circuit Television cameras with a recording facility. There are more than 50 CCTV cameras deployed in classrooms, hostels laboratories, libraries, seminar hall and common areas thereby ensuring a vigilant campus. We make no compromise to ensure the security. The very existence of CCTV surveillance prevents any untoward incidents and makes the students feel safe.
LIBRARY AND DIGITAL LIBRARY
As a college at the forefront of knowledge enrichment and dissemination of knowledge, catering to the academic needs of over 2000 students, the library has put in place enormous knowledge resources. The library is placed in the first floor with a stock of nearly 7,000 books, periodicals, national and international journals, audio-video materials, etc.
The knowledge resource centre also offers on-line databases and internet resources that help project and research work. Trained and experienced library staff assist the faculty and students with point-of-use instructions, help in fulfilling the thirst for knowledge. The library provides an environment that is both stimulating and relaxing for academic exercise.
The library with its modern collection knowledge resources and innovative information services fills an essential role for students, faculty and the surrounding community in their intellectual pursuits.
LIBRARY RULES:
- All Faculty, Staff and bonafide Students are the members of the Library
- Users shall have to sign in the Gate Register without fail
- Users shall maintain perfect order and Silence in the Library
- Making noise, spitting, smoking and using electronic gadgets are strictly prohibited.
- Do not mutilate, disfigure, and deface by writing, underlining sentences or anything of that kind.
- Reference Books are meant for reading in library only
- Leave the library books / Journals on the table after reading
- Use of Mobile Phone is strictly prohibited within Library
- Digital Library should be used only for browsing and downloading e-learning resources and do not use & play computer games and for unwanted content.
- Do make sure you know what library materials you have borrowed. Return them on time to avoid fines and as a courtesy to others
GYM
Royal Fitness is one of the recreational activities provided for student fitness and health maintenance. It’s the best choice for students who want to look and feel great. Fitness program encourages personal development, enhances academic productivity, and enriches wellness for students, faculty and staff. College has a well-furnished Gymnasium with the latest machines and exercise equipments. Professionals are available for assistance, guidance and training in order to enhance student’s healthy lifestyle for today and the future. Students are encouraged to use the facility when on the campus during evening time. The Gym is a popular spot for both sports enthusiasts and the health conscious.
Royal fitness centre (gym) is adequately equipped for maintaining the fitness of the students, both mentally and physically. The College organizes yoga camps to decrease the entropy and confusion in the minds of students where mind, body and soul culminate into positive attitude, happiness and peace.
Royal Fitness gym is maintained by the Department of Sports. The well equipped multi gym provides students the opportunity to build their stamina to be better able to cope with the rigors of college life, channelize their energies in a healthy way and also hone their physique
SWIMMING POOL
Royal College of Arts, Science & Management has a swimming pool for the sports aspirants and achievers. The pool is 40 meters long and 20 meters wide and the complex is also equipped with necessary infrastructure. This Swimming Pool is complete with state-of-the-art features.
Swimming is a fun-filled activity and has plentiful of benefits- physically, socially and psychologically. Additionally it is a fun and an enjoyable activity and helps build up a positive attitude in student’s life. A stress buster activity, swimming also releases stress and the tension from the body to rejuvenate it.
SPORTS
The flag of Royal College of Arts, Science & Management is always high up the mast because of the accolades accumulated by the department of sports.
Determination, Focus, Team spirit seasoned with grit and guts are what that best describes a Royal Sportsman. Encouragement, motivation, and support are extended through the sports department to deserving students while enriching their academic endeavors too at the same time.
GARDEN
Royal Garden is a collection of plants that are scientifically ordered and maintained, documented for public education, research, conservation, and enjoyment.
AUDITORIUM
Royal College of Arts, Science & Management has a large auditorium with gallery like seating arrangement which can accommodate a 500 people. It also has a big stage which is apt for various performances. It is situated on the ground floor which makes it easily accessible through the stairway.
Various cultural competitions like Dance, Skits, Singing and Rock – Band are performed here. It is also the venue of many programs like course orientations, Inspirational talks, and Graduation Ceremony.
This place is always occupied by students who can be seen practicing for various upcoming events and is also the platform where they develop healthy competition and new contacts.
PARKING FACILITY
The college has spacious parking facility which can accommodate 600 two wheelers and 100 four wheelers. Multi level, wide and sufficient parking places are provided separately for staff and students. 24 x 7 security and CCTV cameras are also installed for all parking places.
